Change of Address or Phone Number

A client must keep this law firm advised of a current mailing address, current home, work and mobile telephone numbers, and current email address, if available.

Any notices required to be sent to a debtor by the court, trustee, creditor or this firm during the bankruptcy will be sent to the address of record on file with the bankruptcy court. If a debtor's current mailing address is not the address of record, bad things may happen to a debtor, the debtor's property, or the debtor's case.

If a client changes a mailing address, phone number or email address, notify this law firm as soon as possible in writing. Then, the firm will file a change of address using the appropriate form with the court, trustee and other interested parties. The court and the trustee do not accept USPS change of address cards, so do not send them. Notify your attorney.
